RQM - Exporting a template

Per the document, the way to use a project area template can export the custom test artifacts template and custom sections included in the templates.
In addition, you don't have to use a RTC Eclipse client. You can export the template from web client following technote http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21959001
