Error with RPE/RQM Sample reports.

I downloaded the Extras reports for RPE/RQM. When I installed the Execution Result Report, upon clicking save I get:

Which extra report you are referring here, OOTB report? Also need to know how are you generating the report - using RPE? Could you please provide more details on template and docspec used?

Thanks for responding. I downloaded the reports from:

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/5.0.2?p=allDownloads

(The sample RDNG reports). All I did was click Report Resources, choose to add the report, then hit Save. And it gives the error.
