SUBJECT: Test mail working, but not receiving any notifications to any users.

Hello,

We are using RTC 4.0.3, all things were working correctly, but receiving of email notifications suddenly got 
stopped.

When I checked "Manage Server"->"Email Settings" all things were proper. "Send Test Email" is also working fine.
Please suggest the necessary troubleshooting steps, so that we can get back on track.

Look into errors in jts.log and ccm.log file

Enable "Debug Mail API" at https://HOST:PORT/jts/admin#action=com.ibm.team.repository.admin.configureMailSettings

Update a WI and check the Tomcat Console output or If using WebSphere Systemout.log to see what is happening while server tries to send email. 

JTS log might or might not have the information you need to debug.
