Master plan can not get the data from the other plans

I have a PA created in one specific server, I'm creating a cross project plan to track data from plans other PAs in different servers. I followed all steps from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbyDZ3xGC4s but it is not working properly cause my master plan can not get the data from the other plans.

Is it really possible to get data from different servers ?
