What's your RTC version? The issue looks like defect https://jazz.net/jazz/web/projects/Rational%20Team%20Concert#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=315206 which has been fixed in v5.0.1

 Hi,


My RTC Client Version is 5.0, Earlier when I created my work item and under editor presentation when I added header section, that was added successfully at that time my version was 5.0.2, So is there only version issue or anything else ?

I tested in RTC 5.0.2 with webui and Eclipse client, both are working for me.
