Need help for custom Report Creation.

Hi,

I need to create two reports in RTC -

1] Defect Status report - This report should provide Number and % of Defects by level of Criticality and Module.

    Criticality and Module are fields of my Defect work item.

2] Defect Completion Rate- % of Defect resolved and %of Defect unresolved by Criticality.

    Criticality is one field for my Defect work item.

   e.g. for Criticality - High , I should get report of Defects which are resolved and unresolved .

I tried to use existing templates but I am not getting the combination which I want. I have tried to search answer in this forum but received too technical answers. I need some solution in which I dont have to do changes in code as I am not program/code expert. I want something which can be solved using changes in configuration/templates etc.
