Error while creating RTC project area with CLM 6.0
We have 2 custom templates - one based on SAFe and another on Scrum. When trying to create a project area using these templates, we are getting the below error.
When we tried creating project area directly with out of the box Scrum template, we got similar error for "Set up Project"
Please assist.

CRJAZ0215E The following record was not found in the database: com.ibm.team.repository.common.model.impl.ContributorHandleImpl@a11ef04 (stateId: null, itemId: [UUID _YNh4MOlsEdq4xpiOKg5hvA], origin: <unset>, immutable: <unset>)
there's data corruption happened in the database.
If this is a new server I suggest you recreate the database and do jts/setup again.
If this is the server already has production data, you may need to submit a PMR to contact support to fix the issue.

We reinstalled CLM 6.0 and it worked now. Another problem came up. We added Setup Project area in the custom template based on the SAFe template. Now, again we cannot initialize project due to a different reason:

For out-of-box Scrum template, you may need to redeploy the template and try it again. It may not be deployed properly currently.
you may also choose not to initialize the project when creating in Eclipse, then go to Process Configuration > Project Configuration > Project Area Initialization and remove related part under Set up Project and then manually initialize the project area again.
For the custom templates, did you import the templates from lower version(such as v5.x) directly into 6.0 and try to create project area from it? if that is the case, it may not work as it is required that the project areas created in lower version of repository should be upgraded to v6.0 and then the template can be extracted to be used in v6.0.

The custom templates were imported from CLM 6.0 M11 version to CLM 6.0 GA version. We did not face any problem in importing the template that we usually face when taking them from lower version to a higher version.
Also, manually initializing the project area everytime will be a challenge for our deployment team.
