 Hi Team,

Is it possible to log the efforts made by the archived users through JRS?

I am a user where i have made my efforts on a work item and I have been archived. Now when it is fetched through Rational Insights EV/SV report. It is not showing the efforts logged.

Can someone help on this?

An archived user is just a user like anyone else. The user has a special flag set to archived that has an impact to some operations. No information gets deleted or is lost.

I do not understand why a report would not consider the information of archived users, except if it has built in a condition to ignore archived users. So I would suggest to talk to the people running the report to check for that. As an alternative, you could probably ask to be unarchived, the report be taken and get archived again.
