How do I create a product backlog?

   How can we create a full product backlog? I see I have to create a plan, but how do I add the items to the plan? Is there a method of bulk-adding or do I have to assign each and every single work item by to the plan?

 If you're using 5.0.2 or later, you can use Quick Planner to create work items in the backlog.

If you don't have access to (or don't want to) use Quick Planner, you can still create work items from the product backlog.  See step 7 here:
