How to disable SSL for JTS usage?

Aaron Chorpenning (371015) | asked Jan 15 '14, 2:06 p.m.
JTS was initially setup using SSL and LDAP. Our DEV environment is within an isolated environment, and we would like to remove the SSL connection for our RTC/JTS installation. We cannot install a server certificate, so this will help us get rid of the "Invalid Certificate" warnings that are constantly being displayed.

 Hello Aaron

While I haven't personally tried removing the SSL connection for RTC in WAS, I believe the details provided in this link from IBM Infocenter should help you to disable security certificates:

Looks like that is fine as long as the URL has not been setup all the way yet.

James, if you have already set up the public URI with "https" and then change to use "http", you will need to do a "server rename". You cannot just disable the SSL as mentioned above.
