Resolved by and Resolved date not being set when transition to the resolve state
The RTC attributes Resolved by and Resolved date are not being set when work Item transitioned to the resolved state.

Those attributes should be set, unless your admins have done something strange to your Process Template. You'll probably need to work with Rational Support to track this down

how do those attributes get populated, are they automatically populated at a certain state? |

Verify that the Resolved state is in the "Closed" State Group.
