RTC Web Link - HTTP Status 404 when clicking on help links in Work Items

I have two screen shots below.  Screen Shot #1 is where I click on the Help Icon, in Work Items, to display the helps links.  When I click on either "Creating work items" or "Working on and resolving work items", I get the error that in Screen Shot #2.

Is there some sort of documentation that I need to load within RTC?  It is not finding it.  If so, what do I need to do to correct these links.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you so much, in advance, for all your time and help!

Does your help display?  (if you click ? > Help contents in the upper-right of the screen), do you get the help?

Yes, I can see all the help and the contents.  There is:

Welcome

I click on each one and they all load fine.  I am going through each one and I do not see any issues with that.  Is there some other document that needs to be loaded?  Not sure.
