RTC Web Link - HTTP Status 404 when clicking on help links in Work Items

retagged Mar 15 '13, 3:53 p.m. by Hadar Hawk (188●22●14) I have two screen shots below. Screen Shot #1 is where I click on the Help Icon, in Work Items, to display the helps links. When I click on either "Creating work items" or "Working on and resolving work items", I get the error that in Screen Shot #2. Is there some sort of documentation that I need to load within RTC? It is not finding it. If so, what do I need to do to correct these links. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, in advance, for all your time and help! Screen Shot #1:

Yes, I can see all the help and the contents. There is: Help Contents About the Application Welcome I click on each one and they all load fine. I am going through each one and I do not see any issues with that. Is there some other document that needs to be loaded? Not sure. |
