Can you lock down view access of work item in RTC?

We have a sensitive project that wants to use RTC for tracking work items but would require only member of that team to have view or modify access to any work items. Can this be locked down in RTC? We are currently using 4.0.6 but are upgrading to 5.0.2 at the end of June.

This should be possible by using Access Groups.

You can also restrict visibility using Categories.
