Hi Sousan,
I would say that they definietely have to have different urls as they have different context. So if you have two applications on the same urls then you have following addresses:
RTC - https://server:port/ccm
RQM - https://server:port/qm

If your question should be if you can have them on different servers, then the answer is also positive.
