Hello,

I am preparing a migration to RTC from CC and CQ.  I need to confirm the LDAP account used on our existing Jazz Server, which is running /jts, /qm, /rm, /ccm.  Where can I locate the account used, which allows us to import users?

Use the Jazz Administration site (https:your-server:9443/jts/admin) then open Manage Server->Advanced Properties.

Search for LDAPUserRegistryProvider and scroll down to User Name to see which user account is being used to access LDAP. Also verify the Password filed is set with the correct password. The LDPA server name should also be confirmed in LDAP Registry Location.  We use a free LDAP browser, LDAPSoft, to confirm the selected settings work correctly with our seervers. Hope this helps.
