Agile Process Template missing from Express-C 2.0?

I work with the RTC 1.0 version at work and have decided to switch to using RTC at home as well. I've just installed the RTC Express-C 2.0 RC2 and have been working at getting it all setup. When I went to review the process templates, I noticed that there wasn't one for the Agile Process. Is this template still "in the works" or is it not part of Express-C install?

Agile and Eclipse Way process templates are not included in RTC 2.0 Server packages.
You can download them separately from https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/AddonsTemplates .
