RQM 1.0.1.1: Test Cases problem: 'no duplicates' constraint

Problem:
After opening the Test Cases tab nothing appears on the tab. No view builder or test case listing is displayed.

I signed in with debug mode enabled and when I open the Test Cases tab this message appears on the console:


com.ibm.rqm.planning.web.ui.internal.view.table.TestCaseTableView: Error: : The 'no duplicates' constraint is violated


Apparently this started happening after test cases were imported from another test tool.

How do we correct this problem?
