Unable to add an LDAP user in JazzUsers group

CLM is connected to LDAP for user registry. The users are first added in JazzUsers group in LDAP and then imported in CLM. The problem is one of the user was imported before it was added in JazzUsers group. After this the user was added to JazzUsers group but when I look up the user in CLM the user is not shown in the JazzUsers group.
Also the user is not able to login. I synchronized the user registry multiple times but no use.

What can be the problem?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Perhaps this technique for handling renaming of user id's will work. Also check that the user is a case-sensitive match in LDAP.
