Is it possible to move Project Area from one RTC system to other

Scenario:
We have a project area on our RTC system (hosted in Germany).
This project area is being used from 1 year. Ownership of this project is transferred from Germany to China.
China on the other hand has it's own RTC system. Is it possible to move this entire project area (inclusive of all artifacts)  from RTC system in Germany to RTC system in China?

No, there is no capability to copy or move a project from one server to another. this has been a long standing enhancement request.

some of us have built utilities to accomplish most of the work.
