Where can I get REST API list for RTC

Hi,
 I have situation where, I to automate the creation of work item( particularly defect) based on the build result. The  build is run using jenkins CI server. If there is a failure  i have to create a work item automatically. I came to know that it is possible using  REST API.  Where can I find the REST API list for this particular automation.

Please help me in this
