RQM Excel Importer : Could not retrieve the Project

 I am using  RQM Excel Importer tool, i have Installed it successfully and its now visible in Excel Add-Ins. When I open the importer tool I perform the following steps: 
1. Open the excel file containing the test case name and subject. 
2. In the add-ins tab I go to RQM>Export to Repository 
3. In the Export to RQM window I enter/validate my credentials, after validating my credentials Projects are  not populating in drop down list, Any ideas how to sort this out ?  Your help would greatly appreciated.

  •  MS Excel 2013
  • RQMExcelWordImporter-5.0.2.
  • RQM 5.0  
  • Window 7 
  • I  have Project Admin Righs with "Data Migration Administrator" Role and  tried this by JAZZ admin credentials as well but still facing same problem.

 Is the user you are specifying to connect a member of the QM project Area(s)?

Hi Ara,

I have project admin rights and i have tried this by JAZZ admin credentials as well but still facing same problem.

Here is my Mso2Rqm_Debug.log details if i am trying to Export without any Project in drop down list....

Its expected behavior. Without providing any Project Area where will the utility export the artifact? Utility needs to know to which Project Area the artifacts have to be exported. Without that server will throw exception.

User should have "Data Migration Administrator" role

Thanks Reshma for your response, I have read this article before and I am assigined Data migration Administrator role but still getting same error.
