Eclipse RTC 6.0 M8 client crash when opening with a 'Application "org.eclipse.ui.ide.workbench" could not be found in the registry' error?

Fresh download of RTC 6.0M8 for OS X.

Fire it up, and this:

The Eclipse workbench not being available makes little sense, as the download includes the Eclipse client.

What kind of client have you installed? Zip client? Please provide more details.
