Fields are not available while creating defect in RQM

Hi,

Some fields are not available in RQM. CLM 5.0 template V6. those fields arte available in RTC. Project has LPA.

Below are the fields:

a.            Severity
b.            Estimated resolution date
c.             Impact assessment date
d.            Identifying team
e.            Business area

Please let me know how to add the fields in RQM as well.

Hi Sousan, defect workitems are created / stored in RTC and not in RQM.
RQM uses the 'Provides - Defects' association to use the corresponding RTC project (or LPA) as defect provider.

There is a difference in the defect UI which appears in RTC and the one in RQM.
 >> RTC defects use the normal defect WI interface
 >> RQM defect form is a lightweight WI interface.
So it is a matter of customization to have all fields show up in the lightweight defect UI which appears in RQM.
