cannot specify 'Team Area' or 'Planned For' values in predefined queries... are they so limited?

Steps to reproduce it:
1.- Create a query with 'Team Area' or 'Planned For' values in conditions.
2.- Add it to Predefined Queries.
A warning is displayed:
'PlannedFor' references a value that is not part of the process specification.
'TeamArea' references a value that is not part of the process specification.
If we inspect the Process XML, we can see the query has the UUIDs of the selected Iterations or Team Areas.
The query works in the current Project Area, but obviously it cannot be used in a Template.

Therefore, even though Team Areas and Timelines are included in the Process Template, I understand RTC does not have the ability to have predefined queries in the template referencing them.

Can anybody confirm?
This limitation implies a considerable effort for my organization in configuring query values manually every time a Project Area is created.
