Is there a way to require a RTC change request as part of modifying a RM asset in DNG?

Can you please elaborate? Is the link to a CCM WI always required or based on some conditions?
While I don't think it is possible to do so for the time being, you can check out this article to see what you can do with the RM process template.

Hi Ed,

Not sure if this helps but in the new V6 Beta, one of the capabilities is to track RM changes in a changeset:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CM-DNG_Scenarios_2#4_Track_changes_by_using_change

This changeset can then be associated to a work item, for example for approval, before the changeset is delivered.

For more information about the new Configuration and Change Management capabilities there is this wiki page: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CLMBetaOverview5x
