Report or query to locate delivered change sets without approved Work Item
Need a means (report, query, or other) to locate from the growing list of change sets in a given DNG stream (that user selects or runs the locate tooling from within), all delivered change sets (whether composite or not) that don't have a link to a work item or have a link to a work item but the work item isn't approved.
