While running "rqm_screencapture.jnlp" file which is required to use the screen capture functionality, I am getting below exception:

Please help to resolve the issue.

Can you please specify the RQM version and browser java version, with which you are trying to run the screen capture tool.

RQM Version: 4.0.3 and Java version 8 is installed
