Unable to import documents using RM import artifact

Hi,

When we tried to import a word document from RM > by going to Artifacts > import option

The import status show as 0% only.

Log file contains the below information

How long has it remained at 0%? Do you cancel out of it, or do you let it continue for a long time?
How big is the Word document?
Are there any error messages?

So far, the log messages you posted are not indicative of any problem.

It got cancelled itself with a error message server is taking too much time to respond after continuing for a long time.

How big is the Word document?  
Word Document is in KBs

How big is the Word document? 
The same as server is taking too much time to respond after continuing for a long time.

We did upgraded RAM on the RM server from 4 GB to 8 GB then tried the same importing and it worked. Not sure if memory is the cause. 

The issue is resolved now.
