I am using the IBM installation Manager to install the Rational Team Concert - Client for Microsoft Visual Studio IDE
I do see the package but i am not able to click and put the check mark to install the package.
The error i am getting back is:

"This package cannot be installed because the user does not have administrator rights or Installation Manager was installed for non-administrator use. Check for other versions to install or use the Installation Manager installed for administrator use."


I tried to run the install manager as Administrator but it didn't help.

please help me on this .   thanks !
