After initial RTC 4.0.0.1 installation, etc/jazz40/jts/teamserver.properties is corrupted

After initial RTC 4.0.0.1 installation, etc/jazz40/jts/teamserver.properties is corrupted.  I looked back at my SMP/e jobs and everything was RC=00. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm running on z/OS with DB2 and TOMCAT.  THANKS

   /MJI2/etc/jazz40/jts/teamserver.properties
