trying to install rtc with external eclipse 3.5.1, failing

hi..

we are attemping to install jazz but without our own eclipse installation of galileo 3.5.1 problem is that installation fails without unknown error.

Installing RTC into Eclipse 3.5 is done a bit differently and is
described on the following wiki page:
