in my setup, but it seems to be ignored in favor of '4035'.

"Failed to launch server on LOCALHOST using deamon running on port 4035." 

Running RTC 4.0.7, and RDz 9.0.1.2.  Trying to create a z/OS UNIX folder.

How can I get the port to resolve correctly?
