We have a setup where each business unit has its own jts and ccm, rqm and rrc. And we have multiple business units. We want to enforce process templates across business units. Is it possible to share process templates across JTS'?

You can share process between multiple servers as long as you can link them together with as "friends". This article gives a basic overview of how it works and how to set it up: https://jazz.net/library/article/1008
