Why does Data Collection Component import JTS users ?

Why are they there ?

Are they actually needed ?

I have chosen to only map the *Admin groups in our DCC leaving the JazzUsers, JazzGuests w/o mapping. It's my take that only admin users should be accessing the DCC.
