Why does Data Collection Component import JTS users ?

0	Kevin Ramer (4.5k●6●177●196) \| asked Sep 22 '15, 1:45 p.m. Why are they there ? Are they actually needed ? I have chosen to only map the *Admin groups in our DCC leaving the JazzUsers, JazzGuests w/o mapping. It's my take that only admin users should be accessing the DCC.
