One answer
You can create the JKA example on your own test server and follow the tutorial.

I have created the example, but help links there lead to localhost and 404 errors.
If see the online help here:
https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.help.common.jazz.calm.doc/topics/s_mtm_sample.html&scope=null
The links here also point to jazz.net/rm/*.
I can't understand why there are links to jazz.net/rm, and if they are valid then who/how assigns a user the right to see them.
I have set up the example numerous times. The links should lead to your local examples. The help links should also lead to your local install. If it leads to localhost and fails, you did not install or deploy the local help component. I don't know why the other links should redirect to jazz.net. In a typical install they wouldn't.

Aug 05 '14, 10:07 p.m.I can confirm that the link does link to a requirement artifact hosted on jazz.net. Since the error complains about the lack of a license, you can first check whether you have a license assigned to you on jazz.net by opening "View My Profile and Licenses" under your name while you're in one of the jazz.net application (not this forum). If none is assigned, you need to contact the jazz.net web master to do so.
