Test case upload and update in Jazz

I am using IBM Engineering Test Management Version: 7.0.3 of IBM Jazz .

Can you tell me:

1. How can upload test cases, test scenarios in bulk to IBM Jazz?

2. How can I update existing test cases without adding a new test case?

3. How can I map the requirements and defects to a test case in Jazz?

4. How can I manage test data in Jazz?

These are the available APIs for the Jazz products: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/ELMProductAPILanding

For ETM your choices are OSLC or the Reportable REST API that actually allows update as well..
