How to access https://jazz.net/rm/resources/* links for Money That Matters sample
I am following the help given here:

I don't assume you are supposed to access Jazz.net. I think it is to test your own deployment. You don't seem to have a license for the project on Jazz.net.
You can create the JKA example on your own test server and follow the tutorial. Comments

I have created the example, but help links there lead to localhost and 404 errors.
I have set up the example numerous times. The links should lead to your local examples. The help links should also lead to your local install. If it leads to localhost and fails, you did not install or deploy the local help component. I don't know why the other links should redirect to jazz.net. In a typical install they wouldn't.

I can confirm that the link does link to a requirement artifact hosted on jazz.net. Since the error complains about the lack of a license, you can first check whether you have a license assigned to you on jazz.net by opening "View My Profile and Licenses" under your name while you're in one of the jazz.net application (not this forum). If none is assigned, you need to contact the jazz.net web master to do so.
