QM Data collection job is running but the job status is not reflecting in Data Collection Job Status and also data is not loading into Data warehouse

Quality Management Data Collection job is running when we trigger it manually. I Can see the status as running when the job is running, but once the job is completed i cant find the job status in Data Collection Job Status page.

I am seeing the below entries in log files. I am unable to figure out whats the actual issues. RQM4TestScriptCleanUpETL:execute AQXRE0001I Executing Java ETL Info: ***********Start to execute the Java ETL of RQM4TestScriptCleanUpETL*****  Of ****** null::_000000000000000001_TS********************

RQM4TestScriptCleanUpETL:execute AQXRE0001I Executing Java ETL Info: ***********End to execute the Java ETL of RQM4TestScriptCleanUpETL*****  Of ****** null::_000000000000000001_TS********************

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

Are you using 4001? If yes, there is a known defect(PM76199) which is fixed in 4.0.1.
