How to manage Auto Populate defect fields through clearquest bridge from RQM 4.0.3
Currently our project is using RQM 4.0.3 to execute scripts and managing defects in ClearQuest 7.1.2.6.
When creating the defect through RQM clear quest bridge the fields are auto populated however occasionally this does not happen for certain scripts.
I believe this is due to the length of the test script. Is there a limitation on how many characters RQM can pass through the clear quest bridge?
Also is there a way to update/manage the mapping or verbiage on what is auto populated through the clearquest bridge?

This appears to be a defect. Please open a RQM PMR.
Unfortunately, you cannot customize the default template for CQ defects (see Provide template mechanism for default name/description of defects created from RQM (68198)). selected this answer as the correct answer
