We have a work item with approvals for q1 (3/31/09) and approvals for q2 (6/31/09) . The people that approved for q1 are getting email that the q2 approval is overdue, but it is not.

Could you be running into defect 41136, where RTC sends out too many
e-mail messages for almost due and overdue approvals?
