Script to get get value in attribute whose data type is enumeration

 HI
We have two attributes and data type of both attributes is enumeration.  If i  select a value from one attribute and  through script respective value should be selected in another attribute. Is this possible?

Not necessarily using scripts, but you sure can have dependent enumerations. Check out these articles.
