How to add users in bulk way to a RTC Project Area

I have exported users from one RTC Repository . I have another separate RTC Instances and have quite a few Projects , How can I import users in a particular RTC project Area in the 2nd instance from this csv file. This csv files also has the email address of the users.

Can anyone help me how to do this in step by step approach . request to please share the working code in this context.

you should be able to use eclipse to import the users/email from the CSV..  but.. as I recall  you cannot set licenses this way.

I could Bulk Upload the Users with Role.
