how to supress the "do you want to run this application?" dialog box presented every time the screen capture tool is used?

Hi,

I am aware of the workaround noted here https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Rational%20Quality%20Manager#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=121832 to suppress this dialog box in Firefox (Do this automatically for files like this from now on):

However, that does not suppress this prompt which is thrown every time the screen capture tool is used in Firefox in Chrome:

Thanks,
Brett

This solution http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21679951says to change security to medium for 32-bit java but I don't see that option in the java control panel. This obviously is java security issue though.

Thanks,
Brett

I thought I made it but upon further testing and reading, it seems to be impossible now.
