RTC - Add message by a member of Team Area if Filed Against (category) is changed

Hi Team,

I have following category hierarchy in RTC

If i changed Filed Against (category) : Team B

Message automatically add on Description

Description : Extension Filed Against Team B

Is their any way i can do this. i am new in rtc so looking for a clean and urgent solution.
