Actual time reporting from RTC? Time Spent incorrect and all appears manual, nothing in delivered reporting options

I am desperately looking for ways either within RTC or exporting from RTC into Excel or other tools, that I can truly extract the # of hours "Actual Hours" spent on a given task/work item, etc. Unfortunately, using the Jazz reporting, we cannot report on actual time and the time spent, is usually blank in tasks/work items where many hours are applied.

Please help! I need to report on this but not sure the best way to do so.

Hi Rebecca I think I understand what you are trying to do but unclear why there is no time entered on the tasks/work items. Did people not enter their actual time, or is this an error you are seeing? What version of RTC are you using, and what project area process template are you using (eg: 4.0.5 and the Scrum template)? anthony
