1.) Open a plan and click the link to go to the work item editor for a work item on the plan. (in the same browser window/tab)
2.) Edit the work item by changing its workflow state value (e.g. New -> In Progress)
3.) Save the work item. 
4.) The Plan is marked as dirty at this point and should not be dirty once the work item is done saving. Return to the plan by using the Plans->Recent Plans drop down. (in the same browser window/tab) and note that it is marked dirty in the editor and the save button is disabled.

Expected behavior:  The plan should not be marked as dirty after a work item state change is done saving in the work item editor, similar to other attribute changes.
