Support for projects in disconnected mode(i.e. without IDE(like ecllipse) plugin). These projects are developed outside the LAN and source code folders along with documents are to be archived with version control

You can work on documents if you are disconnected, once you reconnect, refresh and the scm system will detect the local changes and allow checking them in.
