RTC/RMC Unresolved Plugin

I was working in RMC (7.5.2) when suddenly, as I tried to save*, it said something about something being "Unresolved" (I believe it was along the lines of "there are unresolved changes from another user; are you sure you wish to save?", which doesn't really make sense as I was the only one working on that specific directory) and crashed. When I opened it back up, I found the plugin I was working in had apparently lost all its content and been renamed "unresolved ' '(file directory)'' ". When I went to the directory, I found that the plugin.xmi file was gone, along with a number of other files seemingly at random.

Is there any way to reverse this? Or do I have to start from scratch?

*I'm working on migrating content from our old software into RMC, which means a lot of copy/pasting text. Specifically, here, I had accidentally copied the wrong thing, hit ctrl+z to undo it, pasted the correct thing in, and then hit save.
