Does the RTC Shell Explorer allow a new stream to be created?

I don't think the function of creating a new stream is supported by the RTC shell client. For the operations such as creating new component, baseline and snapshot you mentioned, they are actually created in a workspace, then the new components, baselines and snapshots can be delivered to the stream. But you can not manipulate the stream directly.
