How long does your database upgrade/migration take?

./repotools-jazz.sh -addTables = 7 hours
./repotools-jazz.sh -migration_exportJTSData toFile=jtsData.tar = 24 hours (and still running)

Do these seem excessively long? The database is approx 15G and on Oracle.
